5980 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 5980's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all users of platform 5980 in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

Platform 5980 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5980 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of services on the 5980 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying 5980 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account details up to date whenever your personal information changes.
5980 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account. The platform uses SSL encryption to protect user data during transmission.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 5980 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate or disrupt the security systems of platform 5980.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or any other unauthorised methods.
5980 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on platform 5980 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX.
Payment-related terms:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
- All deposits are final once credited to your account and cannot be unilaterally reversed.
- Withdrawals will be processed once all account verification requirements and wagering conditions (where applicable to bonuses) have been met.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen method and account verification status — typically within 1 to 3 business days.
- 5980 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or terms compliance purposes.
- Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reverse a legitimate transaction may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Platform 5980 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 5980 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions, technical errors or unauthorised access by third parties.
5980 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors. We will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
Account Suspension & Closure
5980 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- A breach of these terms and conditions has occurred.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or platform abuse.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- A request has been made by a relevant regulatory authority.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 5980's decision regarding account closure is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on platform 5980 — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, software and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 5980 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any such content without prior written consent from 5980.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Platform 5980 may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors and sports data providers. 5980 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to These Terms
5980 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Governing Law
